Resident of Hilton Head for over Fifteen years. Mr. French owns numerous properties on Hilton Head Island. He has overseen sales and marketing efforts for over 200 million dollars of Hilton Head real estate inventory.
Darren Boniface - Principal
Resident of Hilton Head and native of Great Britain. Mr. Boniface has owned and operated real estate development and sales projects for over 20 years. Along with Mr. French, he has overseen hundreds of millons of sales on Hilton Head Island.
Richard Pain - V.P. Acquisitions
Mr. Pain has over 40 years of direct, hands on experience in acquisitions. He has developed shopping centers, office complexes, raw land and hotels throughout the United States.
Hal Grayson - V.P. Development
Handles all aspects of contracts, legal, zoning issues, and consumer advocacy.
Chuck Speros - V.P. Sales
